A Heavy Heart

Today we lost our sweet little three-legged dog, Sierra.  I don't know when my heart will heal from this.  She was with us for almost 16 years.  My children don't remember a time without her.  They bring us so much joy, but so much pain when they are gone.  RIP sweet Sierra.

    It's so sad to lose them. She looks like a sweetie.

    We lost our 14 year old malamute during the week our son went away to college - I feel so bad that he didn't get a chance to say good bye.

    My heart breaks along with yours, Melissa. I'm so sorry your precious baby has passed on. Our Choc Lab, Kona, passed at Christmas-time. It's brutal. But, your heart will heal over the wound in time. It just doesn't feel like it right now :*(
